The High Paying Clients runs TrackMyFunnel. This page says what we keep, why, and who else touches it. We follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. To ask anything, see or delete your data, write to support@trackmyfunnel.com.
About you, our customer
Your email, your business's name and timezone, your password (only as a one-way hash), your two-factor key (encrypted) and your TrackMyFunnel payments. We use them to run your account, bill you and send the emails you need.
About your visitors and buyers
On your behalf: pages visited and where visitors came from (ad, campaign, link tags), and from your Razorpay account the payments with the buyer's name, email and phone, so a sale can be matched to the visit before it. You decide to collect this and must tell your visitors; we only use it to show you your own reports. It's kept apart from every other business by the database itself.
What we never do
We never sell data, never use one business's data for another, never show ads, and never put personal data in error reports.
Who else touches it
- Hostinger: the servers it runs on, in a data centre we rent.
- Cloudflare: encrypted nightly backups (kept 35 days).
- Razorpay: our billing; and, read-only with your keys, your payments.
- Meta: read-only, with your token, your ad spend.
- Resend: sends our emails.
- Sentry: error reports, with emails, phone numbers and keys removed first.
How long
Your business's data stays while you have an account, including while it's locked for non-payment. Ask us to delete it and we will, except what the law makes us keep (for example, invoices).
Security
Encryption in transit and for stored keys, two-factor sign-in (optional, recommended), every business walled off in the database, daily checks against Razorpay, and a monthly security review.
